Hello and welcome to HCM, Both the biopsy reports suggest caseous necrosis of lymph nodes. Presence of caseous necrosis and granulomatous inflammation suggest presence of tuberculosis. Tuberculosis is treated with anti-tubercular treatment (ATT). ATT is given for period of six to nine months depending on the site of involvement. Development of new lymph also requires aspiration cytology or biopsy in-order to rule out recurrence of tuberculosis in newly developed lymph nodes.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja P Wahal
